Welcome to Lowcountry Homes & Land with eXp — where every property tells a story of coastal living and timeless charm.
I first fell in love with Charleston while visiting my grandparents as a child and officially made it my home in 2016. The Lowcountry’s blend of history, architecture, and hospitality continues to inspire my passion for helping clients find their perfect home here.
I grew up on Lake Norman, just north of Charlotte, North Carolina, where I developed a love for brick, stone, and lakeside architecture. Now, life in the Lowcountry has expanded my visual palette to include raised coastal homes, classic Charleston singles, waterfront cottages, and breezy modern designs — from lake life to marsh living, I’ve come to appreciate the beauty in every style that reflects a sense of place.
I’m a proud graduate of the College of Charleston and hold a Master’s degree from Wake Forest University, where I developed the communication, marketing, and business skills that now guide my work in real estate. To me, this career is all-encompassing — it allows me to blend strategy, creativity, and genuine connection to make every transaction seamless and rewarding.
I have a natural eye for interior design and home staging, and I love helping clients see the potential in every space. I study a wide range of styles — from Lowcountry chic and modern coastal to minimalist, farmhouse, traditional, and transitional design — drawing inspiration from the beauty and balance that define Southern homes.
Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up following my mom and her best friend to showings, open houses, rental properties, and fixer-uppers. I even attended the North Carolina Real Estate Convention every year since I was born — and in 2022, I proudly participated as a vendor in Cherokee, NC, creating on-the-spot custom T-shirts, keychains, koozies, and home gifts for agents.
Beyond real estate, I co-own Coastline Coaches, a luxury transportation company based in the Charleston area. I love offering clients the option of luxury transportation to showings — adding a personal touch that reflects the elevated experience I strive to provide.
Real estate isn’t just my profession — it’s the destination of my lifelong journey. Everything I’ve done has led me here, and I couldn’t be more excited to harness my skills, experience, and passion for homes, land, and serving people across the Lowcountry.
